About the role
Support Sales Operations and B2B activities, maintaining the B2B master database in NetSuite, coordinating sample management, and supporting showroom, market, and sales preparation. This position offers broad exposure to sales, merchandising, and operations in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
What you'll do
- Maintaining B2B master database in NetSuite.
- Coordination and tracking of sample management and sending samples to B2B partners.
- Showroom preparation: Booking models, drinks and snacks orders, coordinating cleaning, interns, and students.
- System data management: Entering customers, orders/reorders/swaps, claims, and credit memos.
- Material preparation: Line and order sheets, brand book, press updates.
- Order check and send out confirmations.
- Reporting and collating sales, margin calculation, and assortment analyses.
- Account support: Creating training documents, leading product knowledge seminars, coordinating special events.
What you'll need
- Experience in sales or buying for a fashion brand.
- Academic degree in relevant subject matter.
- Excellent communication skills in English and in either German, French, or Italian.
- Driven with startup mentality.
- Keen eye for industry trends.
