Logistics Specialist

As a Logistics Specialist, you'll be the connective tissue between global partners and internal innovators, turning complex international trade into a seamless customer experience for a next-generation supply chain platform redefining how the industry sources, distributes, and finances materials.

What you'll do

• Coordinate global transportation of goods and ensure prompt deliveries based on customer needs
• Manage communication with third parties to ensure smooth business operations
• Open new trade lanes by finding new partners across the globe
• Create strong, reliable, and long-term relationships with customers through quality work and clear communication
• Collaborate closely with customer success, procurement, product management, growth and engineering teams
• Use cutting-edge technology on Salesforce for logistics management

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in supply chain and logistics management
• Data-driven with proficiency in using KPIs and CRM systems (Salesforce)
• Experience optimizing costs while maintaining operational excellence
• Fluent in German (C1 or above)
• Scaled logistics operations across different countries
• Strong commercial mindset, independent, collaborative, and able to take significant responsibility
• Entrepreneurial and hands-on with strong communication skills across different stakeholders
