Junior Go to Market Project Manager

As Junior Go-to-Market Project Manager, you will contribute to scaling Heartbeat AI—our energy optimization platform—beyond 1KOMMA5° customers to new customers with existing assets. You will take operational ownership, tracking what's working, fixing what isn't, and making sure execution happens across product, sales, operations, and marketing.

What you'll do

• Bring the product from launch to scale by ensuring scalability of the product and related processes, identifying bottlenecks in the customer journey (customer onboarding, customer support, cancellation handling) and driving concrete fixes end-to-end in close collaboration with Product and Operations
• Own performance tracking and reporting by building and maintaining dashboards and reporting cadences the team relies on—consolidating launch KPIs, activation metrics, and performance data into clear, decision-ready updates
• Coordinate cross-functional execution by managing the operational structure of GTM initiatives, tracking work-streams, identifying dependencies, and aligning stakeholders across Product, Marketing, Sales, and Operations

What you'll need

• 1–2 years of experience in a commercial, project management, or operations role at a startup, consulting firm, or fast-paced tech company
• Ability to break complex GTM workstreams into clear tasks, manage competing dependencies, and set up tracking systems that get used
• Comfort with data and reporting; ability to build dashboards, track KPIs consistently, and turn numbers into concise status updates
• Ownership of action items end-to-end, proactive blocker identification, and follow-through without being asked
• Clear and direct communication in German (C1/C2) and English (C1/C2), written and verbal
• Interest in the energy transition context and understanding how a hardware-plus-subscription business scales
