SAP SD Consultant/Developer – AI Integration

For the Solution Engineering team, we're looking for an SAP SD developer/consultant. You'll work directly with customers to connect their ERP systems to the Workist AI platform and get them live as fast as possible. You'll combine product engineering with hands-on project work and be the person who makes SAP integration scale.

What you'll do

• Develop, maintain and customise SAP integration for S/4HANA and ECC customers
• Run and manage customer implementation projects, from requirements workshops to go-live
• Be the technical counterpart for customers before and after signature, ensuring software compatibility with their SAP landscape and data protection compliance
• Work closely with Product & Engineering team to align SAP integration with product roadmap
• Analyse and identify new use cases that create measurable value for customers

What you'll need

• At least 3 years of professional experience as an SAP developer or consultant
• Proficiency in ABAP and ABAP Objects, with experience building both reports and complete packages
• Confident with API technologies such as OData and REST
• Comfortable working in SE80
• Experience or strong interest in working with AI to solve valuable business problems — an AI-first mindset
• Excellent communication and solid project management skills
• Fluent German and English (native or at least C1)

Nice to have

• Experience with Python, OData service development or SAP BTP
