Working Student - Recruiting (Volume Hiring)

As Working Student Recruiting (Volume Hiring), you help us hire quickly without cutting corners, and support our Customer Success & Training teams (CX) with volume hiring. You'll work closely with the wider team, screen applications, coordinate interviews, and help build the university partnerships that keep bringing great people our way.

What you'll do

• Support end-to-end volume hiring for CX, from job posting to offer
• Screen applications and schedule interviews for high-volume, fast-moving pipelines (onboarding managers, trainers, care experts etc..)
• Help build university partnerships with career centers and student groups
• Join campus events and info sessions that bring young talent into our pipeline

What you'll need

• Currently enrolled at a university, ideally in a relevant field
• Some exposure to recruiting, HR, or high-volume coordination work
• Bias to action; moves before conditions are perfect and iterates in the open
• Self-starter comfortable with ambiguity and early-stage pace
• Speak Fluent C1 German
