Head of Founder Office

You build and run the Founders Office as a trusted partner to the founders, taking full ownership of company-wide projects. You take ownership of how the company runs: cross-functional initiatives, founder priorities, and the connective tissue between teams.

What you'll do

• Build and run the Founders Office as a trusted partner to the founders, taking full ownership of company-wide projects
• Take ownership of cross-functional initiatives, founder priorities, and the connective tissue between teams
• Design processes and personally execute them, scaling your own role out of existence as the company grows

What you'll need

• 2–4 years of experience in a fast-paced startup or scale-up environment, consulting, investment banking, or VC – for example as a Strategy Consultant, Management Consultant, Investment Banking Analyst/Associate, VC Analyst/Associate, Founder's Associate, Business Analyst, Business Operations Manager, or Project Manager
• Alternatively, at least 2 years of experience as a Founder, Co-Founder, or Managing Director of your own company
• A genuine founder mindset: comfortable with ambiguity, biased toward action, and energized by 0-to-1 problems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills paired with a proactive, hands-on mindset
• Fluent communication in both English and German, written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex ideas concisely to different audiences
• Self-starter with a high sense of ownership and the ability to work independently in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment
• Genuine interest in contributing to energy-efficient buildings and a sustainable future
