AI Engineer in B2B SaaS AI Startup

As an AI Engineer, you'll collaborate closely with our product and tech team to develop innovative features that address customer needs and drive business impact. You'll engage in research, end-to-end development, and problem-solving to transform AI insights into production-ready solutions.

What you'll do

• Research and delve into cutting-edge AI techniques, prototype novel ideas, and rigorously validate concepts through experiments and metrics.
• Transform research insights into production-ready features through careful planning, prototype development, quality assurance, and seamless integration of AI functionalities.
• Ask deeper "why" questions to uncover root problems, explore creative solutions, and bring them to life.
• Take a product-focused approach and care about building solutions that are robust, scalable, and easy to use.

What you'll need

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Generative AI & AI-Agents with proven track record of developing and deploying AI-driven solutions in production environments.
• Strong Software Engineering or Data Science background with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or comparable experience.
• Strong analytical, logical reasoning skills with a creative approach to problem-solving.
• Willingness to learn new technologies, work within uncertainties and adapt to changing requirements.
• Communication skills, collaborative attitude and ability to work effectively within a diverse team.
