• Work alongside two people with highest bias-to-action and engineering excellence in the company

• Agency — demonstrated by taking initiative on projects nobody asked you to do
• Ability to see problems and act on them
• Obsession to learn and stay current with new technologies
• Understand yourself as first customer and test things thoroughly
• Eye for good products and ability to articulate what inspires you
• No years of experience required, but something that makes you different
