Internship - Success Architect

This is the perfect role for someone early in their career who wants to get deep exposure to how startups operate, work directly with customers, and help scale AI products in the real world. As a Success Architect Intern, you'll work closely with the founders across both onboarding/agent development and customer success, supporting our team in making customers successful with telli.

What you'll do

• Support pilot accounts and help customers get live with AI agents
• Assist with customer communications, answer questions, and resolve basic issues
• Help track agent performance and customer health metrics
• Support customer workshops and training sessions
• Help build and refine AI agents alongside the team
• Support workflow creation for onboarding and pilot management
• Work with automation tools (n8n, Zapier) to improve internal efficiency
• Help translate customer feedback into insights for product and engineering teams

What you'll need

• You really enjoy working with customers and help them succeed
• You're tech-savvy (or have a semi-technical background)
• You're an excellent communicator in both English and German - especially writing
• You've experimented with AI agents or workflows and understand topics like prompt engineering
• You're organized, hands-on, and not afraid of unglamorous work
• You're early in your career and hungry to learn fast
