Internship - AI Venture Development

This is an AI Operations Intern position at a startup building consumer-facing AI voice agents. You'll work directly with founders on customer onboarding, agent development, and scaling operations for their AI voice platform.

What you'll do

• Support pilot accounts and help customers get live with AI agents
• Assist with customer communications, answer questions, and resolve basic issues
• Help track agent performance and customer health metrics
• Support customer workshops and training sessions
• Help build and refine AI agents alongside the team
• Support workflow creation for onboarding and pilot management
• Work with automation tools (n8n, Zapier) to improve internal efficiency
• Document best practices and playbooks
• Help translate customer feedback into insights for product and engineering teams
• Support operational tasks that help the company scale
• Prepare materials for customer and team meetings

What you'll need

• Enjoy working with customers and helping them succeed
• Tech-savvy or semi-technical background
• Excellent communication skills in both English and German, especially writing
• Experience experimenting with AI agents or workflows and understanding prompt engineering
• Organized, hands-on approach and comfortable with unglamorous work
• Early in career and eager to learn fast
• Available for in-office work (not remote)
