About the role

As a Customer Support Agent for the German market, you will be the voice of our company, supporting our German-speaking customers and merchants across multiple channels.

What you'll do

  • Supporting our German-speaking customers by phone, email, chat and social media channels
  • Supporting our merchants for all questions and inquiries about our POS solution
  • You actively work on the optimization of all processes related to our customers, to constantly increase the happiness of our merchants

What you'll need

  • Multi-tasking skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication (German and English)
  • Problem solving attitude
  • Experience with CRM systems
  • Demonstrated ability to work in team and also independently
