About the role
As a Customer Support Agent for the German market, you will be the voice of our company, supporting our German-speaking customers and merchants across multiple channels.
What you'll do
- Supporting our German-speaking customers by phone, email, chat and social media channels
- Supporting our merchants for all questions and inquiries about our POS solution
- You actively work on the optimization of all processes related to our customers, to constantly increase the happiness of our merchants
What you'll need
- Multi-tasking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication (German and English)
- Problem solving attitude
- Experience with CRM systems
- Demonstrated ability to work in team and also independently
