Logistics Specialist

This role focuses on managing logistics for Amazon and e-commerce channels by combining deep knowledge of fulfillment center operations with strong stakeholder management. It connects warehouse teams, transport partners, and internal departments to support timely order fulfillment, proactive issue resolution, and clear communication.

What you'll do

• Improve and streamline current Amazon logistics processes for better efficiency and reliability.
• Identify and address existing process bottlenecks to minimize disruptions.
• Proactively manage expectations, navigate uncertainty, and have a solid working knowledge of the Amazon transport portal to stay ahead of issues.
• Effectively manage and align expectations with internal stakeholders through clear and timely communication.
• Negotiate with freight partners to secure reliable and cost-effective transport capacity across regions.
• Use tools like SAP logistics modules, Tableau, Google Sheets, and Excel to monitor shipments, analyze performance, and automate reporting tasks.

What you'll need

• 2-3 years of hands-on experience in Amazon logistics or large-scale e-commerce fulfillment operations (FBA/FBM or similar).
• Proficiency in SAP (logistics modules), WMS, TMS systems, Tableau, Google Sheets and/or Excel.
• Ability to work across the logistics chain: driving cost savings, and improving delivery performance.
• Solid understanding of Lean methodology and/or process improvement frameworks.
• Resilience and adaptability in high-volume, fast-paced Amazon and e-commerce operations.
• Strong prioritization and time management skills in dynamic and deadline-driven environments.
