Join us to work on strategic projects that accelerate the energy transition. You'll dive quickly into new topics, markets, and customer problems, driving the launch of new digital products and services from first idea to market rollout while working closely with co-founders and the senior team.

What you'll do

• Dive quickly into new topics, markets, and customer problems, building deep understanding through frequent, direct client conversations.
• Hands-on drive the launch of new digital products and services – from first idea to market rollout, working closely with the co-founders and senior team.
• Talk to customers daily to uncover pain points, validate solutions, and actively promote, position, and upsell new products and features while iterating based on real-world feedback.
• Own early product management and cross-team execution for new initiatives – shaping value propositions, defining MVPs, prioritizing features, aligning stakeholders, and coordinating sales, marketing, and tech for fast, smooth launches.

What you'll need

• Studying at a top university with strong entrepreneurial focus.
• Be hands on.
• Fluent in English, with C2 level in German.
• Experience in a startup environment.
• Curiosity about how tech, operations, and business strategy come together in high-growth companies.
• Structured thinker who's not afraid to get into the details, run the numbers, and execute fast.
