Product Designer (AI x Greentech)

Shape the interface and experience of the AI-powered operating system installers worldwide will run their business on. Design with a product lens to understand why it matters, balancing user needs and business impact with craft and polish.

What you'll do

• Design the AI-Powered OS that installers worldwide will run their business on.
• Go beyond the brief to understand why it matters, balancing user needs and business impact with craft and polish.
• Maintain a high bar for UX/UI design that's intuitive, accessible, and genuinely delightful across every surface of the product.
• Improve existing flows and interfaces, and design new ones from scratch, prototyping and iterating quickly to maximize value.
• Push back on ideas that don't meet that bar, and work closely with product and engineering to raise UX quality across the board.

What you'll need

• A strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product thinking — from discovery to execution — with high-quality craft and problem-solving.
• 2–3 years of experience as a product/UX designer, ideally in a startup or product-driven environment.
• Strong product sense and comfort in ambiguity: you make trade-offs that balance user and business impact, focus on outcomes over output, and iterate quickly and autonomously in a startup environment.
• Solid grasp of digital funnels, onboarding and conversion journeys; strong with both quantitative data (A/B tests, funnel metrics) and qualitative data (user research, feedback).
• Ability to leverage AI tools to speed up concepting and prototyping.
• C1 German proficiency and very good communication abilities in English.

Nice to have

• Fluency in Italian, French, and/or Portuguese.
