Senior UI/UX Designer - New Games (1-year contract)

We're looking for a Senior UI/UX professional with deep experience in casual mobile F2P games; someone who understands what makes games intuitive and compelling, and who can translate that understanding into clean, effective design. You'll shape UX early - helping validate that a concept is intuitive, and take on UI design and production as we build toward the various releases, with UX considerations continuing to surface as new features are added.

What you'll do

• Design and create UI screens, icons, flows, buttons, and game components for early-stage casual F2P mobile games, staying true to a defined art direction
• Maintain and evolve UI style guides and design systems for consistency across screens and features
• Own UX for new game prototypes, ensuring mechanics are intuitive and easy to onboard into
• Translate game design and monetization requirements into clear, player-friendly interfaces
• Collaborate closely with artists, game designers, product managers, and engineers
• Work independently to scope, prioritize, and own delivery of work

What you'll need

• Prior experience in the mobile gaming industry
• Strong UI design and execution skills, and sharp UX instincts, with the ability to shift fully into whichever the project phase demands
• A solid grasp of onboarding, retention, and monetization-friendly design patterns
• 2D art skills for UI execution (icons, popups, liveops screens, and supporting visual elements)
• A portfolio demonstrating range across UI production, UX validation, and supporting art
• Ability to work autonomously and drive ambiguous problems to resolution
• Proficiency with standard design tools (e.g., Figma, Photoshop) as well as Unity for implementation and testing
