Staff/Principal Product Manager, Agent Management Platform

As Staff or Principal Product Manager for Agent Management Platform (AMP), you will help shape the platform that enables the world's largest enterprises to design, deploy, manage, and scale AI agents safely and reliably. You'll own a strategic area within AMP and work closely with Engineering, Design, and commercial teams to turn complex AI capabilities into scalable, intuitive products.

What you'll do

• Define and drive product strategy by developing a clear, actionable product vision and roadmap aligned with company objectives and market opportunities.
• Build for scalability and modularity by ensuring the platform is built with flexibility and integration capabilities using industry best practices for APIs, SDKs, and modular design.
• Champion process excellence by leading the creation of streamlined processes for feature requests, prioritization, and delivery aligned with Parloa's operating model.
• Collaborate across functions with Engineering, Design, and Commercial teams to prioritize features based on strategic fit, technical feasibility, and business impact.
• Elevate decision-making with data by implementing robust analytics and observability tools to measure platform performance and refine strategies.
• Foster customer-centric development by aligning platform goals with customer and market needs to ensure relevance and impact across the ecosystem.

What you'll need

• 10+ years of experience in product management, solution architecture, technical consulting, CTO/CPO role.
• Strong understanding of platform architecture, APIs, SDKs, modular design principles, and integration strategies.
• Deep experience translating customer needs into scalable platform solutions.
• Proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., SQL) and using data to inform decisions and measure impact.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without authority.
• Proven track record of defining long-term product strategies and aligning stakeholders around a shared vision.
• Exceptional ability to articulate complex concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
