Founder’s Associate - Product (m/f/d

Own a product area end to end. Step by step, we'll build you up to own a product area end to end so you can drive it from discovery to launch.

What you'll do

• Talk to revenue teams. Dig into how sales reps and RevOps actually work in Salesforce, and turn messy workflows into clear product decisions.
• Shape our AI features. Define how AI should capture, summarize, and surface data, and decide where it adds real value versus just noise.
• Translate insight into specs. Write clear user stories and acceptance criteria for engineering and design.
• Lead cross-functional execution. Coordinate engineering, design, and go-to-market to ship on time.
• Define and track success. Set KPIs, watch adoption, and iterate based on data.

What you'll need

• Excellent academic background - economics, business, industrial engineering, or a related field (or equivalent demonstrated ability)
• Prior experience in a high-growth startup, VC, consulting, or a role where you wore many hats and shipped things independently
• Exceptional written communication - you write with clarity, economy, and personality
• High curiosity and strong opinions: you've thought about what great product management looks like and you're eager to debate it
• You learn fast, adapt fast, and don't wait to be told what to do next
• Deeply interested in technology, UX/UI, user research, and the intersection of product and engineering
• Fluent in English
