The Head of Premium Growth Strategy owns the growth of a premium, design-led hospitality brand across Europe — the signed deal pipeline, market sequencing, and commercial frameworks that enable expansion without losing what makes the brand distinctive. This is a growth ownership role with full accountability for building the pipeline and ensuring every property signed meets the brand's commercial and quality standards.
What you'll do
- Own growth targets for the premium brand — signed properties, pipeline, market expansion — and be accountable for hitting them
- Define, track, and report on deal-level metrics including signed underwritten topline, rent coverage ratios, and projected margin contributions; bring recommendations to C-Level when targets are at risk
- Work with Finance and Growth Strategy Manager to define and maintain the underwriting framework for the brand
- Define and own property criteria and opening playbook that determines what qualifies for the premium brand and how it opens consistently across markets
- Partner with Real Estate team to qualify opportunities against brand criteria as the brand voice before deal signature
- Work with existing UK properties as the live reference model to extract and codify operational learnings into standards and criteria for new European markets
- Own the commercial proposition for landlords and property owners; build and manage the European property pipeline
- Build relationships with property owners, developers, and asset managers in target markets and represent the brand credibly in early conversations
What you'll need
- 5–9 years of professional experience understanding what makes a concept work, scale, and avoid breaking during expansion
- Experience building or growing a premium brand from the inside: defining standards, translating them into operational criteria, and driving cross-functional execution without bureaucracy
- Commercial fluency to be the authoritative brand voice in deal conversations; ability to assess property fit and make conviction-based decisions on deal quality
- Deal-level commercial fluency: understanding unit economics, ADR positioning, rent coverage, and what drives underwritten performance of premium hospitality assets
