Senior Atlassian Consultant

Senior Atlassian Consultant joining N26 to optimize the way the entire organization collaborates. This role is designed for an Atlassian technical expert who thrives in a high-growth, evolving FinTech landscape and enjoys conceptual ownership—translating high-level business goals into elegant, scalable technical architectures.

What you'll do

• Act as a key partner to stakeholders, taking broad business objectives and refining them into sophisticated, high-impact technical solutions within the Atlassian suite.
• Lead initiatives from discovery and requirements gathering through to design, build, and global rollout with full ownership of the delivery process.
• Proactively identify opportunities to modernize the setup and propose innovative ways to enhance organizational velocity.
• Extend the standard capabilities of Jira and Confluence through custom scripting (Scriptrunner/Groovy) and high-level use of Atlassian APIs.
• Design and implement custom Jira configurations that are robust enough for a regulated bank but flexible enough for an agile tech company.
• Utilize advanced reporting and analytics to provide leadership with clear visibility into operational health and project progress.
• Act as a subject matter expert, coaching teams on best practices and ensuring internal documentation is a gold standard resource.

What you'll need

• 5+ years (minimum 3+) of hands-on experience in Jira, JSM, and Confluence administration within enterprise environments.
• Deep proficiency in JQL, Automations, Atlassian APIs, Assets and Scriptrunner (Groovy).
• Experience in a regulated environment is a strong plus.
• Comfortable working from high-level briefs and enjoy the process of discovery.
• Fluent English and ability to navigate conversations with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Atlassian Analytics or the Forge framework.
• Knowledge about ITIL/ITSM, product and software development lifecycle, or coaching skills.
