Lead editorial for the German market, building a high-quality content engine that tells Leapsome's story in German. You'll shape how we show up in German-speaking audiences' feeds, inboxes, and search results, and collaborate closely with global teams to bring localized programs to life.
What you'll do
- Lead editorial for the German market. Own content planning, briefs, reviews, and publishing for German-language content, ensuring every piece is clear, compelling, and aligned with Leapsome's voice.
- Tell Leapsome's story in German. Create and adapt high-quality content across formats including articles, landing pages, email sequences, social copy, webinar scripts, and product messaging that authentically represents Leapsome in the German market.
- Build a scalable, data-informed content engine. Define strategy, cadence, and structure that allow growth in content quality alongside volume, and develop workflows, templates, and briefs that keep operations running smoothly.
- Own SEO and AEO for the German market. Lead initiatives to grow organic presence in German-speaking markets, combining technical SEO best practices with an understanding of how AI and search are evolving.
- Champion AI for localization. Drive the use of AI tools and workflows to accelerate localization, content production, and experimentation, while keeping quality high.
- Support broader German market initiatives. Collaborate with global demand gen, product marketing, and campaign teams to ensure content feeds into multichannel programs.
What you'll need
- 5+ years of experience in German content marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS or HRTech, with a track record of driving results across awareness, engagement, and acquisition.
- Native-level fluency or bilingual proficiency in German with excellent editorial instincts and strong command of copy across formats. Strong English for internal collaboration.
- Fluency in content strategy and SEO, and curiosity about how AI is reshaping content creation and discovery.
- Analytical and creative in equal measure. You make decisions with data but also trust editorial instincts and audience understanding.
- Genuine interest in how workplaces change and how HR tech helps leaders build fulfilled, engaged teams.
- Resilient, proactive, and adaptable with energy and optimism. Thrive in fast-moving environments.
What they offer
- €2,000 yearly development budget and full access to the Good Habitz platform.
- €1,000 one-time work-from-home stipend.
- Competitive salary plus pre-IPO equity package.
- 30 vacation days yearly plus public holidays; option to upgrade to 40 days at adjusted pay. Month-long paid sabbatical after 5 years.
- Fully sponsored Urban Sports Club M membership and Oliva mental health subscription with 1:1 therapy.
- Hybrid work: 2 days/week in Berlin office (Tuesdays and Thursdays), plus up to 2 months/year working from elsewhere.
