As Senior Product Manager for Outbound Logistics & Returns, you will own and shape the systems behind the journey from order placement to delivery and returns, making them more automated, scalable and efficient.
What you'll do
- Own end-to-end product ownership for the systems and workflows behind outbound logistics and returns, identifying where technology can make them simpler, faster and more scalable.
- Shape how orders are processed and orchestrated as the warehouse and market setup becomes increasingly complex.
- Identify bottlenecks and recurring manual work, understand their root causes and determine where automation or better system capabilities can create the greatest impact.
- Use operational insights and data to understand problems, test assumptions and prioritize where product and engineering effort will have the highest value.
- Bring together Engineering, Logistics & Operations and external partners, translating operational needs into clear product requirements and making thoughtful trade-offs across different priorities.
- Ensure that new capabilities work reliably within the broader technology landscape and support KoRo's evolving architecture and fulfillment setup.
What you'll need
- 5+ years of product management experience, with a strong track record of building and scaling complex, operational products.
- Experience with complex operational or transactional products, involving multiple systems, integrations, data flows and external partners.
- Strong understanding of fulfillment or adjacent operational environments, with the ability to understand complex processes, dependencies and challenges behind the customer journey.
- Track record of solving operational problems through technology, improving scalability, efficiency, reliability or customer experience.
- Strong analytical and product judgement, using data to investigate problems, challenge assumptions, prioritize opportunities and evaluate impact.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across technical and operational teams and external partners. Fluent English required; German is a plus.
What they offer
- Flexible working hours, hybrid work, and 20 days of workation.
- 28 days vacation, increasing by one additional day per year of tenure (capped at 30 days).
- Structured onboarding plan and dedicated development budget.
