Own the planning, project management, and execution system behind HOLY's social media output. You are the operational backbone of a talent-dense, growing social team — while creators and the Social Media & Content Lead focus on ideas and craft, you ensure the right things are planned, briefed, produced, and published on time.
What you'll do
- Own the operational content calendar across all of HOLY's global social channels. Make sure posts are planned strategically, assets are ready on time and publishing runs smoothly, every day, across global markets.
- Act as the connective tissue between Social Media, Campaigns, Community, Paid, Partnerships, Events and international markets. Align expectations, escalate blockers early and keep one single source of truth for what goes live when.
- Translate strategic priorities from the Social Media & Content Lead into clear briefs, workflows and deliverables for content creators, copywriters, community and market teams - and keep them moving from brief to published post.
- Prepare and plan bigger social bets — research, timelines, budgets and stakeholder management — so that execution can happen fast and smoothly on the day.
- Set up structured feedback loops, collect input from stakeholders and turn insights into concrete improvements of our social operating system.
What you'll need
- 2+ years of experience in project management, creative operations or social media operations (in-house, agency or creator/production environment).
- Strong grasp of what great looks like on Instagram, TikTok and YouTube Shorts, and ability to judge whether content is ready to go live.
- Understanding of why a piece of content or project matters and prioritize based on brand impact, reach potential, campaign relevance and team capacity.
- Confident aligning many teams, managing expectations and communicating clearly with both creative and leadership stakeholders as a facilitator, not a gatekeeper.
- Highly proficient in project management tools like Notion.
- Understanding of creative workflows well enough to enable great output without becoming a bottleneck or over-processing the work.
- Fluency in English is a must, German is a strong plus.
- Berlin-based, or willing to relocate.
What they offer
- Competitive compensation including company shares.
- Flexible working hours, 28 vacation days, 30 work-from-abroad days.
- €1,500 learning budget, Urban Sports Club membership, public transport subsidy.
- Central office in Berlin Prenzlauerberg with modern setup.
- Biannual 360° feedback tied to your compensation.
