About the role

After profitably scaling our retail business to over €45M with distribution in >12,000 stores in less than two years, we're dedicated to further accelerating growth, transforming HOLY into a true omnichannel brand. The core mission is to maintain and intensify HOLY's retail partnerships by ensuring customer satisfaction and profitable growth for our next growth stage.

What you'll do

  • Take end-to-end responsibility for assigned national customers and drive key KPIs to secure HOLY's future success
  • Manage and expand HOLY's retail presence by intensifying existing partnerships
  • Support cross-functional teams to align retail strategies with overall brand and supply chain objectives
  • Deliver customized solutions for retail partners to ensure seamless operations and long-term satisfaction
  • Assist in implementing omni-channel activation plans that align with the retail roadmap and develop innovative activation strategies that drive sales, brand visibility, and customer engagement in retail environments

What you'll need

  • Experienced in managing retail relationships and negotiating at national level, with a proven track record in sales and account management
  • Fluent both in English and German and capable of communicating effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Proactive, taking ownership of your role and continuously seeking opportunities to improve processes and results
  • Strategic, with the ability to analyze data and translate it into actionable retail strategies
  • Collaborative, excelling in teamwork and aligning with multiple departments to achieve shared goals
