About the role

Delvo is building a force multiplier role for the founding team to accelerate growth, sales execution, and operational scaling. You'll join a founding team working on agentic intelligence for strategic procurement, helping enterprise teams negotiate better and turn global spend into strategic advantage.

What you'll do

  • Build outbound pipeline, run outreach campaigns, and develop partnerships that open new revenue channels
  • Join customer conversations, prepare demos and proposals, support pilot rollouts, and help close enterprise deals
  • Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives end-to-end: new market entry analysis, pricing strategy, competitive positioning
  • Build internal systems that enable a small team to punch above its weight: reporting, CRM workflows, and vendor management
  • Help attract exceptional talent and shape company culture as the team grows
  • Represent Delvo at trade fairs, industry events, and customer meetings

What you'll need

  • 2-4 years in management consulting, venture capital, high-growth startups, or investment banking (or equally compelling non-traditional path)
  • Outstanding analytical skills with ability to structure ambiguous problems and translate data into decisions
  • Fast execution speed with ability to iterate quickly and ship without perfectionism
  • Fluent communication in German and English (persuasive emails, C-suite presentations, partner proposals)
  • Entrepreneurial drive with proven track record of building something from zero
  • Comfort with ambiguity and shifting priorities based on customer feedback

Nice to have

  • Procurement, supply chain, or enterprise SaaS background
  • Technical literacy to communicate with engineers and understand product decisions
