What you'll do

• Directly contribute to the protection of democratic countries while balancing ethical and geopolitical concerns
• Work on unique engineering and AI challenges in a domain with highly unusual technical requirements and constraints where robustness, safety, and ethical considerations are vital
• Tackle problems at the state of the art in technical innovation, including reinforcement learning, distributed systems, generative AI, and deployment infrastructure
• Focus on order-of-magnitude improvements and novel capabilities that make meaningful impact in the world
• Practice responsible autonomy and critical thinking with a focus on outcomes and ownership
