Senior Product Delivery Manager, Production

Senior Product Delivery Manager leading the development and deployment of a next-generation production setup across HelloFresh's fulfillment network. You will refine processes, equipment, and layouts, then drive their rollout across international distribution centers. This role requires a strong operational background, deep understanding of physical process design, and the ability to bridge strategy with on-the-ground execution. Based in Berlin with frequent travel to warehouses (~50%).

What you'll do

• Design, evaluate, and refine DC layouts, operational workflows, and physical equipment setups for next-generation production models.
• Drive end-to-end implementation and deployment of production technologies across multiple international fulfillment centers.
• Apply Lean principles to continuously test, tweak, and optimize the operational setup and production capacity before, during, and after site rollouts.
• Act as the central node between global engineering, local operations teams, tech, and senior leadership to manage expectations and align priorities.
• Identify, prioritize, and solve complex physical and systematic business problems using analytics, engineering principles, and business judgment.
• Support development of rollout strategies and produce project plans ensuring deployment at scale without disrupting operations.
• Drive clear project documentation and create standard deployment playbooks to accelerate market delivery.

What you'll need

• Strong track record within a production, manufacturing, or supply chain environment.
• Demonstrated experience in DC layout design, process design, and equipment design/optimization.
• Deep expertise in Lean Management principles and continuous improvement methodologies within a physical operational setting.
• Exceptional project delivery and stakeholder management skills with ability to influence and guide teams in cross-functional environments.
• Excellent academic record with a degree from a top-tier college or University (Engineering, Supply Chain, or Business degrees strongly preferred).
• Demonstrated ability to deliver impact and work independently in an unstructured, fast-moving, high-growth environment.
• Interest and willingness to frequently travel abroad (~50%).
