Senior Category Manager – Marketing

The Senior Category Manager Marketing will be responsible for overseeing strategic sourcing and contracting at HelloFresh for Marketing across different marketing categories, which may include: Offline Media, Online Media, Influencer Marketing, Sponsorships, Retail Media, etc. The goal is to collaborate seamlessly with Global and regional stakeholders and major suppliers in all HelloFresh markets and help them to navigate the procurement landscape.

What you'll do

• Own end-to-end Marketing sourcing: supplier market mapping, RFx execution, negotiation, and contract award for high-value projects
• Develop category strategies for different marketing categories, in alignment with the business' goals
• Create, align and execute a sourcing roadmap with key stakeholders in the HQ and the regional markets to deliver P&L savings and overall procurement value
• Develop and optimize the supplier portfolio across HelloFresh's markets
• Cultivate and manage close relationships with (senior) business partners within Marketing to support their objectives and the company growth agenda
• Lead the implementation of best-in-class procurement processes and tools

What you'll need

• Minimum 5+ years experience in Marketing procurement or in Marketing with a commercial focus
• Deep knowledge of strategic sourcing methodology, category management, and supplier management
• Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and drive to working independently
• Proven track record of taking ownership: identifying problems early and driving resolution independently, without waiting to be directed
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including preparing and delivering presentations and reports for senior audience
• Excellent interpersonal skills with proven ability to build trust and credibility with business partners at different levels
• Fluent Business English
