Payroll Manager

The HelloFresh People Operations Team is looking for a Payroll Manager (m / f / d) who will use their expert knowledge to help think and develop the topic of payroll within a young, rapidly expanding company, and consider this as a strategically important topic within the People Team.

What you'll do

• Ensure the data quality with plausibility analyses and evaluation as well as comparison of current data to previous data and the creation of statistics
• Be the contact person for internal and external stakeholder specifically in payroll projects
• Participate in the monthly and annual financial statements as well as in internal and external audits
• Frequently review and develop actual payroll processes
• Ensure the monthly payroll using the payroll system "Accurat HCM" together with the payroll team

What you'll need

• 2+ years of professional experience in payroll
• Good knowledge of labour, tax and social security law
• Being a team player but also able to work independently, structured and extremely conscientious
• Very good knowledge of Excel and a general affinity for new systems and tools
• The ability to speak and write fluently in German and English
