Director of Product

As Director of Product, you will lead the product team to build a highly differentiated workflow engine for photographers. You'll drive first-principles AI innovation, leveraging deep vertical knowledge and customer data to deliver an effortless customer experience and measurable GMV growth.

What you'll do

• Own the mission of building a highly differentiated workflow engine that removes friction for photographers, allowing them to focus on their clients and their craft.
• Build the next generation of AI-first products by leveraging deep vertical knowledge, customer insights, and existing data foundations.
• Use your experience in building AI products to transform discovery and delivery processes, coaching the team to use Spec-Driven Development (SDD) for maximum clarity and speed.
• Act as a high-level communicator and partner for Marketing, Customer Success, and Engineering, ensuring everyone is aligned on the path to customer success.
• Navigate ambiguity and overcome barriers to drive impact, providing the team with the balanced leadership they need to excel.

What you'll need

• You've successfully led a product team in a 100–500 FTE environment.
• You have a proven track record of building and launching AI-driven products that delivered tangible business or customer impact.
• You know how to leverage data and legacy product insights to build modern, innovative solutions.
• You understand the Vertical SaaS playbook and how to drive commercial growth in an e-commerce setting.
• You are a master at stakeholder management, able to translate complex product visions into actionable clarity for all departments.
• You have a deep intuition for building products that solve complex workflow problems simply.
