Reporting to the Global Head of Total Reward, the C&B Senior Manager will be responsible for driving the reward agenda globally for GetYourGuide. Acting as subject matter expert on Compensation and Benefits partnering with the Global HR team to help attract, motivate and retain talent through competitive total rewards package and meaningful career journey.
What you'll do
- Act as the senior subject matter expert for compensation and benefits, providing day-to-day guidance to HR, People Partners, Talent teams, Finance, and business leaders on reward policies, processes, and market practices.
- Own and execute core compensation processes, including salary benchmarking, job levelling support, compensation guidelines, pay review cycles, budgeting inputs, and reward communications.
- Lead the design, analysis, and implementation of compensation and benefits programmes, ensuring they are competitive, scalable, equitable, and aligned with company talent and business strategy.
- Partner closely with the Head of Total Reward on strategic initiatives, including reward philosophy, global compensation frameworks, benefits evolution, and organisational change projects.
- Use market data, people analytics, and internal insights to shape reward decisions, translating complex data into clear recommendations for attraction, retention, engagement, and performance.
- Manage external benchmarking and market intelligence activities, including survey participation, vendor relationships, and market trend analysis.
- Build and improve reward processes, tools, playbooks, and governance, ensuring consistent execution across countries, functions, and employee populations.
What you'll need
- Considerable experience in compensation and benefits specialism from an international context, especially within the technology sector.
- Able to think strategically while remaining highly focused on operational delivery and execution.
- Knowledge and experience working with different benchmarking methodologies such as Willis Towers Watson, AON/Radford, Mercer, etc.
- Advanced proficiency with spreadsheets (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to translate data into structured storytelling.
- Ability to prioritise workload effectively and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
