Product Manager

As Product Manager at GALVANY, you'll define and execute the product strategy for our customer app. You'll shape features that make energy management engaging and intuitive for homeowners – turning complex systems into products people actually want to use.

What you'll do

• Own vision and roadmap for your product area – discover, translate, prioritize, and deliver.
• Deeply understand customer needs through interviews, data analysis, and collaboration with Sales and Support.
• Measure success, orchestrate sprints and releases, and navigate the four product risks (customer value, usability, feasibility, business value).
• Design engagement loops and incentives that make the product sticky and valuable.
• Support go-to-market strategy in collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of experience in high-performance environments (e.g. fast-scaling startups). Demonstrable end-to-end responsibility in software development is a plus.
• Proven end-to-end responsibility in product development. From ideation to release.
• Strong background in relevant fields, e.g. Business, Design, Communication, Computer Science, or similar.
• Agile thinking, hands-on mentality, willingness to take responsibility. Fluent in German and English.
• Self-driven problem-solving mindset – no need for micromanagement or specific tickets.
• Technical mindset with a passion for understanding systems, data flows, and integrations, coupled with enthusiasm for continuous learning and problem solving.
