Software Engineer

You help digitize the customer journey in the energy consulting sector by developing a self-service platform that makes energy consulting more efficient through automation and optimization. Your work directly contributes to customer-centric products which help achieve our goals.

What you'll do

• Develop and maintain Ruby-based backend services and contribute to the technical foundation of our platform
• Deliver high quality software that is well tested and conforms to security and performance standards
• Work on React-powered UI and actively explore AI-powered features, from intelligent automation to data-driven recommendations
• Work in a cross-functional team of 9 and actively participate in code reviews and product discussions to find the best solutions
• Support the product team during customer and product research with your technical expertise

What you'll need

• Solid experience in setting up web applications in an agile environment
• Passion about the latest approaches, containerization, security enhancements, and the integration of modern front-end frameworks
• Comfort with software components and interactions, as well as modern web/cloud development and testing methods
• Driven by solving meaningful problems, constantly developing your skills, and have a strong bias for action
