Media Manager, Podcast

About the role

We are looking for a hands-on and structured Media Manager with focus on Audio to join our Brand Activation & Media Management Team. In this role, you will take the lead in shaping and growing our audio advertising activities, with a strong focus on podcast advertising and selected other audio-related channels.

What you'll do

• Own and drive the audio advertising strategy with a strong focus on podcast advertising and including radio-related activities. Responsibilities include annual planning and forecasting, budget ownership and allocation, booking and negotiation, partner briefing, timeline and performance management, as well as cross-functional and stakeholder collaboration with internal and external partners.
• Provide strategic input on selected offline channels (TV, OOH, Print) and other media-management-related areas in line with the overall brand and media strategy.
• Lead measurement, analysis, and reporting of audio and media performance to generate insights and continuously optimize media investments and campaign effectiveness.
• Collaborate closely with the broader Brand team to integrate podcast campaigns into large-scale 360° marketing and brand initiatives.

What you'll need

• Strong project management and prioritization skills, with a structured approach to multitasking and meeting deadlines.
• Hands-on mindset: comfortable taking ownership of both operational and strategic tasks.
• Experience in offline media channels (TV, OOH, Print, Radio, Podcasts, or Offline Activations).
• Analytical and data-driven, with strong skills in Excel and reporting tools.
• Fluency in German and English.

Nice to have

• Exposure to Audio / Podcast marketing, especially in the DACH region, Poland or the Netherlands.
