Creator Growth Manager

As Creator Growth Manager, you'll own the relationship with our active creator roster from onboarding through to ongoing performance. You'll keep creators briefed, motivated, and producing consistently great work, while building the workflows and incentive structures that let this programme scale without losing quality or authenticity.

What you'll do

• Act as the main point of contact for active and new creators, keeping relationships warm and productive
• Brief creators clearly on objectives, hooks, angles, and brand direction
• Review all deliverables and give fast, specific, actionable feedback
• Ensure deadlines are met and content quality stays consistently high across a large, concurrent creator roster
• Own creator communications end to end across primary channels, acting as the voice of GetYourGuide to our creator base
• Run regular outreach and activation loops across the active roster, understanding what keeps creators engaged
• Structure and propose workflows, templates, and processes that scale creator operations without losing quality
• Design and run incentive programmes with the Engagement Lead, including spotlights, milestone rewards, and activation campaigns

What you'll need

• Analytical and metrics-minded, comfortable owning performance conversations and influencing stakeholders
• Strong ownership mentality, running campaigns like your own business
• Collaborative and decisive, able to direct and guide without being rigid
• Strong sense of creator and industry-wide trends impacting the creator landscape
