Deployment Strategist

Work closely with customers to help them successfully implement and use Duna's product, managing relationships and collaboration within complex enterprise dynamics during the deployment phase.

What you'll do

• Work closely with customers to help them successfully implement and use Duna's product
• Manage relationships and collaboration within complex enterprise dynamics
• Detailed and intense project management during deployment phase
• Break down and prioritise product requirements and requests early in the implementation process
• Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and growth to improve implementation flows and customer experience
• Help shape how Duna works with customers by improving documentation, tooling, and processes

What you'll need

• Comfortable working at the intersection of technology, product, and customers
• Structured and seasoned project- and stakeholder management
• Clear communicator who enjoys explaining complex ideas in simple, human terms
• Strong problem solver who stays calm in ambiguous or fast-moving situations
• Systems thinker — you understand how customer decisions impact the product and vice versa
