Senior People Partner

You will be the first People Partner supporting our Engineering & Product teams, working closely with the VP of People to provide strategic business partnerships, coaching, and people-related solutions that meet critical business needs.

What you'll do

• Work closely with the VP of People to onboard yourself into Distribusion's current People philosophies, practices, and processes
• Partner with the Engineering and Product functions to sustainably achieve their growth and development goals
• Partner with the other People functions on all aspects of employment experience
• Build our management team's capacity through coaching and influencing
• Contribute to the strategy of the teams you support and to the direction of the People Business Partner team
• Foster excellence in the support, motivation, retention, and growth of our talent

What you'll need

• Extensive experience in People Business Partner roles in Germany or the European region
• Experience in successfully supporting and developing functions in high-growth phases
• Outstanding judgment and ability to make consistently good decisions for the company and team members
• Knowledge of growth-stage company challenges, anticipate scaling problems, and be adaptable and curious
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of designing and implementing people programs
• Strong leadership qualities with experience managing projects
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and KPIs and a keen interest in leveraging AI and other emerging technologies
• Fluency in English, both verbal and written
