Founding People Operations Lead

You'll be Delvo's first dedicated People & Recruiting hire, a true founding role. You own everything from the first recruiting touchpoint to the moment someone walks in on their first day. Your main focus: people and recruiting.

What you'll do

• Own our hiring engine end-to-end: sourcing, pipeline, candidate experience, offers, closing.
• Onboarding, contracts, compensation, benefits, and HR compliance. Help build high-performing teams through team design, goal-setting, and feedback culture.
• Own our office day-to-day and be one of the first faces new joiners and guests see.
• Set up agents as your first "hires" to handle sourcing, screening, and recurring workflows.

What you'll need

• 2+ years in people ops, recruiting, or generalist operations.
• Startup experience strongly preferred. Ideally you've been through the zero-to-one phase before: joining a company early, building processes from scratch, and figuring things out without a playbook.
• A hands-on owner: organized, reliable, and discreet with sensitive information.
• Warm and people-first: a recruiter at heart and the first face many people see.
• Excited to work AI-native and build your own agent team.
• Fluent in English and German.
