Senior Platform Engineer - End-to-End Architecture

You own the architecture, automation, and reliability of Major Tom, our AI-driven DevOps platform. You design and scale our multi-cloud infrastructure, build advanced deployment frameworks (canary, blue-green, progressive delivery), and establish GitOps-driven Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and CloudFormation.

What you'll do

• Design and scale multi-cloud infrastructure across AWS and other cloud environments
• Build advanced deployment frameworks including canary, blue-green, progressive delivery, and traffic shadowing
• Establish GitOps-driven Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and CloudFormation
• Lead Kubernetes orchestration, security, and chaos engineering initiatives to deliver self-healing, zero-downtime systems
• Design resilient systems and efficient on-call processes using tools like Gremlin and LitmusChaos
• Build pipelines, observability, and resilience into every layer of the platform

What you'll need

• Proven track record defining and executing DevOps roadmaps across AWS and multi-cloud environments
• Deep experience designing and deploying advanced release strategies, canary, blue-green, progressive delivery, traffic shadowing, and security best practices
• Expert in optimising Kubernetes/Docker deployments, microservices lifecycle management, and resource efficiency
• Strong background in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation) and GitOps workflows; skilled in Bash/Python scripting
• Experience designing self-healing, resilient systems and efficient on-call processes
• Shipped 0→1 products fast with high ownership, autonomy, and accountability
