Talent Acquisition Lead

The Talent Acquisition Lead owns hiring at BEAT81. You are responsible for attracting exceptional people who raise the bar across the company. Your job is to make sure BEAT81 consistently hires exceptional talent while creating a hiring experience that candidates and hiring managers genuinely enjoy.

What you'll do

• Own hiring end-to-end across BEAT81, ensuring we consistently attract, assess and hire outstanding talent who strengthen our culture and business.
• Partner closely with leaders across the business, challenging, coaching and supporting them to make better hiring decisions.
• Build strong talent pipelines, proactively source exceptional candidates and continuously improve our recruitment processes, tools and employer brand to help us scale.
• Introduce structured interviews, data-driven decision making and consistent hiring standards that improve quality and candidate experience.
• Create visibility through data, tracking pipeline health, hiring performance and recruitment priorities so the business can make informed decisions.
• Coach a Working Student or Talent Acquisition Intern as the function grows.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of Talent Acquisition experience in a high-growth startup, scale-up or technology business.
• Proven track record of hiring across Product, Engineering, Operations and Corporate functions.
• Exceptional sourcing skills.
• Early adopter of AI and modern recruiting technologies, with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Strong stakeholder management with the confidence to challenge and influence senior leaders.
• Experience with structured interviewing and evidence-based hiring.
• Experience using Greenhouse or a comparable ATS.
• Fluent English. German is a plus.
