As a Visiting Founders' Associate – Sales, you'll learn how to win customers across the full sales cycle while building new ways to bring them in. Working closely with the founders and sales team, you'll prospect, run discovery calls, deliver demos and work towards closing your own deals.
What you'll do
- Build pipeline: Identify promising businesses, reach decision-makers and create opportunities through calls, email, LinkedIn and new approaches you want to test.
- Learn to sell from first contact to close: Understand customer needs, deliver product demos, prepare proposals and handle objections.
- Build new acquisition engines: Find an untapped customer segment, test a partnership or develop a new outreach campaign.
- Turn results into repeatable processes: Work out why an approach succeeds, document what you learn and build playbooks the team can use and scale.
- Use data to get better: Track your pipeline, conversion rates and won revenue to improve your next conversation or experiment.
- Put AI to work: Use AI and automation to accelerate research, personalise outreach and streamline follow-ups.
