Product Manager

You'll own the outcomes of your projects, from the problem all the way to shipped impact to millions of daily active users. You won't be handed a list of tickets—you'll be handed problems and trusted to solve them.

What you'll do

• Own the results of the projects you take on, from the problem all the way to shipped impact to millions of daily active users.
• Bring ideas, push back, and heavily influence what we build and why.
• Own your decisions without waiting for sign-off on everything.
• Pick the few things that matter right now and drive them from idea to launch.
• Bring developers, data, design, and business development with you without slowing down.

What you'll need

• You think like a founder and operate like an owner: figuring out what matters, making the call with incomplete information, and getting it done without waiting to be told.
• You live in the data and dig in yourself, follow the thread, and come back with the insight nobody else found.
• You go deep and think wide—explore a few ways to crack a problem before committing.
• You have a strong bias for action and prioritize shipping.
• You communicate and align across teams without slowing down.

• You founded a company and now want to go all-in on product.

• Experience with tools like Amplitude, Hex, and Looker.
