Product Lead

Product Lead at Freecash, Almedia's engagement engine for mobile game studios. You own end-to-end outcomes: hypothesis, roadmap, build, metrics, and results. Real scope, real ownership, and a path to leading a team.

What you'll do

• Own end-to-end outcomes, not tickets. Hypothesis, roadmap, build, metrics, result: you own all of it. You find the highest-impact bets before anyone asks, and you execute.
• Tackle hard, ambiguous problems. Form a sharp point of view, validate against the data, ship with conviction, kill it honestly when the numbers disagree.
• Dig into data yourself, follow the thread, and come back with the insight nobody else found.
• Prioritize ruthlessly. Pick the few things that matter right now.
• Execute across ideation, launch, and iteration. Bring developers, data, design, and BD with you without slowing down.

What you'll need

• Think like a founder. Make the call with incomplete information, hold a strong opinion about what will work and why, then prove or disprove it.
• Live in the data. Comfortable in Amplitude, Hex, and Looker.
• Know consumer products. Built and shipped consumer-facing apps.
• Execute with conviction and own outcomes with no one to hand it off to.

Nice to have

• Experience as a founder.
• Scaled through hyper-growth: 50 to 200+ people, building the plane mid-flight.
• Mobile gaming or advertising background.
