Data Scientist

We are looking for versatile Data Scientists to join us at a pivotal stage of growth. You will be part of a team that prizes "AI-First" thinking and building, where every model or dashboard must have a clear business outcome.

What you'll do

• Design ML models that power real-time recSys, ranking and pricing algorithms, optimising for engagement and conversion within our gaming ecosystem.
• Build reward structures and user-incentive systems that balance user motivation with sustainable ROAS through uplift modelling and pricing optimisation.
• Lead complex experimentation iterations in data driven verticals, product or user acquisition, including causal impact estimation or measurement strategies such as MMM and Multi-Touch Attribution.
• Take zero to one projects, turning a blank slate in an unexplored domain into a production-ready data product, from initial data structures to final deployment.
• Partner with engineering to refine and develop our stack and system architecture and establish "gold standard" documentation.

What you'll need

• Strong experience building and deploying machine learning models in a product-driven environment, ideally in Gaming, AdTech, gambling or user-incentive systems.
• Robust experience of data engineering workflows and modern data stack tools (e.g DBT, Airflow, K8s, Terraform).
• Proficiency in Python and SQL; experience with cloud platforms (GCP preferred).
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to drive clarity, create structure, and bring stakeholders on board.
