Head of Product

Define, build, and scale the product vision behind an AI operating system for industrial supply. This is a mission-critical leadership role with full ownership to lead the product organization across multiple markets, shaping the architecture, roadmap, and execution machinery that powers sourcing, sales, logistics, financing, and automation across six markets.

What you'll do

• Define and scale the end-to-end operating system for materials trade, transforming fragmented workflows into automated, AI-driven processes
• Build a unified product strategy across sourcing, pricing, ordering, logistics, financing, claims, and supplier management
• Translate business priorities into a clear, measurable, and compounding product roadmap that drives long-term competitive advantage
• Hire, mentor, and lead a high-caliber team of Product Managers and Product Designers
• Partner with Engineering, AI/ML, and Data teams to design agentic workflows for sales, procurement, and customer operations
• Improve conversion, retention, and reactivation through superior buyer and supplier experiences
• Lift automation rates across the entire trade lifecycle — from quote to cash

What you'll need

• 7+ years of Product leadership experience in B2B platforms, marketplaces, logistics tech, fintech, procurement tech, or enterprise SaaS
• Track record of owning a complex, multi-sided product with high operational dependencies
• Deep understanding of workflows, automation, data products, and AI/ML integration
• Comfortable operating at the intersection of software + physical world operations
• Strong commercial intuition: pricing, supply/demand alignment, margin dynamics
• Able to design systems that scale from dozens to thousands of transactions per day
• Excellent communicator who drives clarity across Engineering, Sales, and Operations
