Internship Global Product Management

As a member of the Global Product Management Team for Service & Maintenance, you will play an active role in a visionary and dynamic group committed to revolutionizing the global energy sector. Building upon the Heartbeat AI Platform, the mission is to identify, shape, and deliver scalable service products in every market.

What you'll do

• Accelerate the energy transition by shaping pioneering service products and digital solutions for international markets
• Support the end-to-end product lifecycle from market research and concept validation to scaling the global service portfolio including proactive monitoring, maintenance, and warranty
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Market Operations, and Commercial) to translate operational feedback into scalable product solutions
• Leverage customer feedback, competitive analysis, and market trends to monitor KPIs and optimize product adoption and customer satisfaction
• Master product communication, aligning with internal and external stakeholders and customers across markets to ensure seamless rollouts

What you'll need

• Completed studies and/or in a gap year between Bachelor's and Master's with at least 6 months of availability
• Strong interest in innovation and driving change
• Excellent language skills in English and German (C1/C2)
• Detail oriented with ability to oversee multiple projects while managing timelines, resources and stakeholder expectations
• Problem solver who adapts easily to changing environments
• Team player who enjoys collaborative environments
• Proficient in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office Suite with comfort adapting to new software tools

Nice to have

• Experience in fast-paced environments with insights into Product/Project Management, Tech, or Process Optimization
• CRM experience
• Previous experience or knowledge of the energy market
