E-Commerce Intern

Support the day-to-day management and growth of our e-commerce business. This internship offers hands-on experience in campaign execution, online merchandising, and cross-functional collaboration with marketing, operations, and product development teams.

What you'll do

• Support the planning and execution of e-commerce campaigns, ensuring timely and accurate launches.
• Assist in campaign preparation by translating campaign requirements into timelines and tracked deliverables
• Conduct quality checks on creative assets prior to launch, flagging inconsistencies with brand guidelines.
• Support the day-to-day management of the e-commerce store to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Update website and product content, including banners, landing pages, product descriptions, and promotional messaging.
• Support collection curation and sorting to keep storefronts organized and on-brand.
• Monitor campaign and website performance, identify issues, and flag opportunities for optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely execution of e-commerce initiatives.

What you'll need

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Strong communication skills.
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, content management systems, or digital marketing is a plus.
