As a Senior CRM Specialist, Engagement and Retention, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing CRM strategies, with a focus on a balanced mix of 50% operational tasks and 50% strategic initiatives. Your expertise will be essential in optimising CRM engagement and retention efforts to align with the company's overarching goals and objectives.

What you'll do

  • Execute multi-channel CRM campaigns, employing a holistic approach to engage effectively with the customer base.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure the seamless delivery of complex campaigns.
  • Champion adherence to established processes to maximise campaign efficiency and operational excellence.
  • Conceptualise, set up, and maintain automated communication workflows that support the achievement of CRM key performance indicators.
  • Utilise A/B testing methodologies to optimise campaign performance.
  • Own and report on the development of your KPI's.
  • Collaborate with the CRM team to conceptualise and plan new strategic campaigns that align with the company's overarching goals.
  • Apply data-driven insights to ensure targeted messaging and the achievement of strategic objectives.

What you'll need

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 3+ years of experience in CRM roles.
  • Proven track record in CRM campaign execution and optimisation at a senior level.
  • Strong technical skills, including HTML, SQL and A/B testing.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools to drive effective campaigns.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse and interpret campaign performance data.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to lead cross-functional teams effectively.
  • Creative problem-solving ability combined with a strategic mindset to drive innovation in CRM initiatives.
