As Early Careers Recruiter, you own the hiring engine that brings young talent into voize's Training and Customer Support teams (CX) - keeping a high-volume pipeline moving without losing quality, and building the university partnerships that get us to great candidates first.
What you'll do
- Own end-to-end volume hiring for CX, from intake briefing with hiring managers through to signed contracts
- Build and manage high-volume pipelines using our ATS (Ashby), keeping every stage visible and moving
- Spend a lot of your week talking to candidates, often 15 to 30 conversations, screening, interviewing and coordinating without letting quality slip as volume grows
- Build and grow university partnerships, from first outreach to career centers through to regular campus events
- Partner closely with hiring managers to forecast hiring needs and adjust your pipeline before it becomes a problem
What you'll need
- 0-1 years of experience in recruiting, customer service, sales, or another people-facing role (relevant internships and working student roles count)
- Comfortable owning multiple open roles at once, even when that means 15-30 candidate conversations in a week
- Experience or genuine interest in building university and early-talent partnerships that turn into a steady hiring pipeline
- Real hunger and follow-through: you've shown it by hustling through a demanding job, a student project, or a side-hustle
- Fluent German (C2) and English (C1)
