Senior Product Designer

As a Senior Product Designer at Urban Sports Club, you're on a mission to shape the user experience for our valued members and partners. You own the design process end-to-end, collaborating with cross-functional partners in continuous discovery, definition, design, and delivery.

What you'll do

• Lead the design and enhancement of intuitive, user-centered web and mobile app experiences
• Own and continuously refine design solutions based on user feedback, analytics, and usability testing
• Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to align design decisions with business goals and technical feasibility
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs that effectively communicate your ideas
• Contribute to building and maintaining our design system component library

What you'll need

• 6+ years of Product Design experience, including at least 2 years in a Senior role
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design thinking, problem-solving, and measurable impact across B2C native mobile and web applications
• Drive the complete design process in agile environments, collaborating seamlessly with cross-functional teams of PMs, engineers, and designers
• Conduct user research and usability testing, translating feedback into intuitive user experiences
• Leverage usage metrics from tools like Google Analytics or Looker to back design decisions with data
• Utilize AI tools to enable generative UX workflows and accelerate design velocity
