About the role
Delvo is hiring a founding design engineer to make advanced procurement intelligence feel effortless and define the design language for the entire platform.
What you'll do
- Own end-to-end UX for complex procurement workflows — crisp states, clear error handling, fast paths
- Prototype rapidly in Figma, v0, Loveable, and Bolt — then pair with engineers to ship
- Shape our design system from the ground up: components, tokens, accessibility, interactions
- Design agent interactions that communicate reasoning, uncertainty, and confidence clearly
- Run discovery and usability sessions with real category managers and procurement leaders
- Elevate data visualisation for supplier comparison, benchmarking, risk, and cost analysis
What you'll need
- Strong product sense and craft — you sweat the copy, the last 10%, and the edge cases
- Deep UX/UI experience with complex B2B products and design systems
- Figma + rapid prototyping (v0, Loveable, Bolt or similar); frontend literacy is a strong plus
- Design thinking rigor with pragmatic delivery in ambiguity
