Design Engineer

Delvo is hiring a founding design engineer to make advanced procurement intelligence feel effortless and define the design language for the entire platform.

What you'll do

• Own end-to-end UX for complex procurement workflows — crisp states, clear error handling, fast paths
• Prototype rapidly in Figma, v0, Loveable, and Bolt — then pair with engineers to ship
• Shape our design system from the ground up: components, tokens, accessibility, interactions
• Design agent interactions that communicate reasoning, uncertainty, and confidence clearly
• Run discovery and usability sessions with real category managers and procurement leaders
• Elevate data visualisation for supplier comparison, benchmarking, risk, and cost analysis

What you'll need

• Strong product sense and craft — you sweat the copy, the last 10%, and the edge cases
• Deep UX/UI experience with complex B2B products and design systems
• Figma + rapid prototyping (v0, Loveable, Bolt or similar); frontend literacy is a strong plus
• Design thinking rigor with pragmatic delivery in ambiguity

• Enterprise SaaS, data visualisation, procurement or ERP domain knowledge
